Adept KM operates as a boutique company with a core group of personnel, and we have access to a trusted and established network of skilled professionals that we call upon as required.
Our corporate aim is to provide practical and cost effective information, advice and solutions to address real business needs. We pride ourselves in transferring knowledge so that it is retained
in the organisation at the conclusion of our projects.
Dr Colette Raison is the Director of Adept KM and has been with the company since its inception.
Colette has over 20 year’s experience in organisational change and significant experience in project management, business analysis, user-centred design and executive coaching. Colette received her doctorate in 2023 in the change management field, specialising on the impact of organisational culture, intellectual capital ,and knowledge sharing, on work group performance.
She leads a team of personnel who all have public sector experience and who are accredited across a range of disciplines including change management, business analysis, information and records management, systems design, development, and testing, user centred design, and training and facilitation.
All Adept KM personnel are conversant with APS regulations and hold appropriate security clearances.
